Betsy Hart
CEO/Founder
Betsy received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and her Master’s of Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University. She worked as a pediatric occupational therapist for over 17 years in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, schools, early intervention, and home health.
Betsy founded Handprints Home Health in 2002 in order to provide a collaborative approach to home health therapy. She continues to adjust to the needs of the community by introducing ABA services (2017) as well as an internal team of speech, physical, and occupational therapists (2022).
Betsy is proud to be part of a team that prioritizes quality, integrity, compassion, collaboration, and resourcefulness.
When she is not working, Betsy enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Darren Delfino
COO/CFO
Darren began his career at the New England Center for Children (NECC), a residential and clinic based treatment program for children with autism. Interestingly enough, Betsy was also at the NECC starting her own career, but they did not know each other at that time.
Darren received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross. After working at NECC, Darren moved to Colorado to manage multiple programs at Mediplex Rehabilitation hospital. Programs included a Brain Injury Behavior program, an Acute Brain Injury Program, an Inpatient Rehabilitation Program (ST, PT, OT) and a Mental Health / Substance Abuse Program. After Mediplex, Darren worked within a Colorado Hospital System (SCLHS/ Exempla) as the Director of Business Development and then for Kaiser Permanente Colorado as the Director of Operations for Health Plan Services program improvement. Darren has extensive experience in program operations, program strategy, pro forma development, process improvement, and quality management.
In his downtime, Darren loves spending time with his family in the great outdoors.
Jessica Textoris, BCBA
Regional Director of Operations
Jessica is our Regional Director and oversees the operational and clinical ABA programs. She drives strategic business plan development and ensures clinical quality company-wide.
Jessica received her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Indianapolis and went on to study Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has worked in a wide variety of settings and has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages with autism spectrum disorder. Her passion is in early intervention and teaching children key skills to reach their highest level of success and independence. She is an advocate for utilizing naturalistic teaching approaches and experiential learning for children in a therapeutic setting. Jessica leads and supervises our team of RBTs and BCBAs, providing guidance and support with clinical development and career growth opportunities.
Jessica’s favorite hobby is running in the mountains and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Alexis Powers, BCBA
Clinical Director
Alexis received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism through The Sage Colleges. She has worked with clients from 18 months to 22 years and has extensive experience with individuals who exhibit significant challenging behaviors. She has also taken a special interest in working with clients with AAC devices and increasing language and communication skills. As Clinical Director, Alexis provides support with clinical programming, team development, and interdisciplinary practices. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting local breweries and seeing live music.
Maddie Klein
ABA Referral Coordinator
Maddie received their bachelor’s in Sociology from CU Boulder before pursuing a master’s in Social Work at The University of Denver. Having graduated with a concentration in the healthy development of children and youth, Maddie focused on both micro and macro aspects of social work. They have experience working in school and clinic settings and are passionate about social policies impacting children. In their free time they enjoy Colorado’s winters.
